If this is your first time logging in, use your default username which is the first initial of your first name and your last name. For example:

John Doe would be jdoe@riverreach

Jose Perez would be jperez@riverreach

Your temporary initial password is your account number which you can find in your payment coupon book.

After you login for the first time, change your username to your email, and create a new password.
