Industrialist and civic leader, Mr. Hotchkiss has been active in South Florida since 1938. After graduating from the University of Michigan and the University of Detroit Law School, he has simultaneously headed one of the largest building firms in the Midwest while also directing many quality building-projects here. He is a member of numerous civic organizations, holds important executive posts in several Building Associations and Chambers of Commerce. Mr. Hotchkiss is former Chairman and a current active member of the Broward County Area Planning Board, the body charged with the long-range growth pattern of one of the fastest-growing areas in the U.S.

Oldest son of Ira A. Hotchkiss. A graduate Civil Engineer of Georgia Tech, the younger Mr. Hotchkiss is in charge of liaison and coordina-tion between the firm’s sales and construction divisions. As expeditor for the company, he is also responsible for scheduling and follow-lip for all material purchases and sub-contractor trades.

One of the most respected of the "young brain trust" now molding the features of South Florida. A Graduate Engineer, Mr. Gluckstern has been associated with Mr. Hotchkiss for the past 8 years. His leadership in the highly competitive building industry is best exemplified by the scores of imitators of H G building methods and innovations, which he directs. He is in charge of all construc-tion for the many H G projects, both past and present.
